Lindsae Paterson is a passionate food writer with an extensive media background
where she has worked as Producer, Writer, Production Manager and Broadcast Manager.
She developed a strong reputation for remote location shoots and large scale
commercial productions. She has created and produced high quality food
commercials for leading food manufacturers including Kraft, General Mills, McDonalds, Swiss Chalet and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Her passion for food has been a theme throughout her extensive media career
which has also included being a food stylist to the stars, Suzanne Sommers,

Lindsae has studied extensively in Florence, Italy with renowned Chef/TV Host/
Author- Guiliano Bugialli, “the most popular cooking teacher in Italy & the United
States”. She continues to express her love of food and expand her cooking
repertoire through training at George Brown’s Center for Hospitality and Culinary
Arts, where she attained Culinary Arts Certificate and is currently working on her Chef’s Certificate.
