Recipes, stories and everything about chicken…

I am a passionate food writer with an extensive media background where I have worked as Producer, Writer, Production Manager, Art Director and Food Stylist. I have studied extensively in Florence Italy with renowned Chef/TV Host/Author – Guilliano Bugialli, “the most popular cooking teacher in the United States”. I am currently expanding my cooking repetiore at George Brown’s Center for Culinary Arts.

When I used to work on film sets, inevitably some crew member would ask “What’s for chicken?” They already knew the answer, that’s why they asked the question, 9 times out of 10 the answer was chicken. When you have 30 to 40 people to feed on a budget of 10 bucks a head, you get chicken. And why not? Chicken, the most humble of beasts is so versatile and graces our table in so many ways. It is the star ingredient or the support ingredient in countless recipes known to man. Chicken is non offensive to many, and delectable to most. It has even been touted to cure the common cold. Whether it does or it doesn’t, there are few things more comforting than a bowl of hot, fragrant chicken soup.
